Pathways Financial Coaching LLC collects certain nonpublic personal information about you (like your name, address, ect.) that you provide on forms or other electronic applications (telephone).  In addition, we may also collect information about your financial accounts, including balances and transactions, assets and liabilities and estate planning documentation. 

2. What Information We Disclose:

Pathways Financial Coaching LLC does not sell, share or disclose your nonpublic personal information to a non-affiliated third party. We will not disclose the nonpublic personal information we collect about our clients to anyone except as required by law or regulatory bodies to remain compliant.

If you choose to become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to our privacy policy, subject to amendments as needed to remain compliant with industry regulations and standards.

3. Security of Your Information:

Access to your nonpublic personal information is restricted to employees of Pathway Financial Coaching LLC who need to know that in order to provide exceptional service.  We maintain physical, electronic and policy safeguards to comply with applicable federal and state standards to protect your information.

4. Changes to Our Privacy Policy:

As conditions change due to the importance of safeguarding client information, we may be required to make amendments to our privacy policy. We will provide you with notice of any material changes made to the privacy policy.
